Dubrovnik

The warm, southern climate, the spacious blue sky, the emerald green and dark blue crystal clear sea depths touching the rocky shore and spilling into numerous coves and bays, the sandy beaches and steep cliffs decorated with thick Mediterranean and subtropical flora.

Split

The story of Split lasts for 17 centuries. Roman emperor Diocletian decided to build a palace on this peninsula near the Roman city of Salona, where he would spend the last years of his life in peace. In these 1700 years the palace slowly became a city, rich in tradition, magnificent history, the beauty of natural and cultural heritage.

 

Split is the largest city in Dalmatia, the second largest city in Croatia and the administrative center of the Split-Dalmatia County. It is located on the Adriatic coast, in central Dalmatia, on the peninsula of Split (Marjan).

Makarska

Makarska is situated in a naturally protected harbor, enclosed by the south-eastern cape of Osejava and northwest of the peninsula of St. Peter.

The city spreads away to the slopes of Mountain Biokovo (1762 m), which protects against continental climate and has a lush Mediterranean vegetation, mild winter, long and warm summers with a refreshing maestral. The sun shines more than 2750 hours a year, with air temperatures above 20 ° C from June to September, and the clear sea from June to October has a temperature above 20 ° C.

Hvar

This island is far superior to many things. This superior island crosses the Croatian border and for this reason Hvar is listed among the ten most beautiful islands in the world. Plenty of sunshine and the highest annual average of sunny days are just a small part of this attractive mosaic. If you visit its largest settelement you will be given a bit more complete picture of the island and its values. In the town of Hvar there is the largest square in Dalmatia, where St. Stephen’s Cathedral was built. Square bearing the name of the same saint and locals call Pjaca.

Brač

The largest Central Dalmatian island and the third largest island in the Adriatic. With 778 meters above sea level Vidova gore, Brac is also the highest Adriatic island. If you look at it from a bird’s eye view or a photo in a guide, you will recognize pebble beach Zlatni rat in Bol. It is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and the largest coastal attractions in the whole Adriatic. In Bol, the oldest coastal village and the famous resort on the south side of the island, there are several camps, where all campers can find out why this place is a multiple champion in tourism in national contexts.

Međugorje

Medjugorje is one of the most famous Roman Catholic pilgrimage destinations in the world. It became known through the apparitions of the Virgin Mary, which start to appear as a phenomenon in 1981, after that religious tourism began to develop. Since then, this Herzegovinian place, next to Sarajevo, is one of the most visited tourist centers in BiH, visited annually by around one million Catholics from all parts of the world. Mary’s shrine in French Lourdes, which with its six million tourist-believers annually became a true commercial paradise for domestic caterers but Medjugorje still retains its original charm in which pilgrims find peace in the faith.

Mostar

Economic, cultural, university, traffic and tourist center of Herzegovina. Raised in a floral and wine-growing valley of the Neretva River this town is a stone rose. Its mild climate protects the mountains of Velež, Čabulja and Hum. Mostar has been starting to built around the Old Bridge in 1566 near the former chain bridge. From that time and later on, valuable monuments of culture is remained.
